Home Inspection Pricing

For a single residence up to 2000 square feet $275.00

Add 10 cents per square foot over 2000 sq. ft.

Add $50.00 for a crawlspace

Radon Testing

$125.00 when included with a home inspection

$175.00 without a home inspection

Appointments are available 7 days a week, we encourage you to schedule your home inspection as soon as possible. Clients are strongly encouraged to be present for the last hour of the inspection. Additional fees will be charged for outbuildings or garages with more than two bays - call for details. Payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card is due on the day of the inspection.

Inspections that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $100.00 fee. We are happy to reschedule with advance notice.

To ensure that the Inspector can perform a complete home inspection, please tell your real estate agent and the seller that the Inspector will need access to :

Water Heaters
Heating/Cooling Units

Also, all utilities must be on and pilot lights must be lit.

As a courtesy to the homeowner and for safety reasons, we ask that only the buyer and their realtor be present at the home inspection. Please do not bring children, extra family members, or friends. Thanks!
