Buyer Inspection

This is the most common type of home inspection.  Most buyers spend less than one hour inside their prospective home before making an offer, and much of what a buyer notices is the overall cosmetic appearance of the home. One hour is not enough time for even a highly trained individual to properly assess a home’s condition.  A home inspection generally takes three or more hours, and I evaluate the condition and safety of the major components of the house.  I inspect the home as an unbiased inspection professional.  I discuss my in-depth inspection with you onsite and also e-mail you a summarized report with photos after the inspection.  Clients find the summary report an extremely useful tool for negotiating with sellers and meeting with contractors.  Be an educated consumer: A home inspection is the best way to learn about a house before purchasing.
